How I work

Five steps, in this order.

Understand your business

Leads are only the start. I find out who takes the calls, who follows up, whether leads are tracked in a CRM, and what happens at each step before someone becomes a paying customer.

Audit the whole funnel

A full check of every channel you run and your entire sales pipeline. I also work out what a lead can cost, based on what each customer is worth to you, so the ads have a clear target.

Agree the plan

I show you what needs to change. Together we decide what you need from me and agree the scope.

Fix the foundation first

Some businesses need a small tweak, some a full rebuild, some just need the ads run well. Either way, no ad money is spent until the basics are in place. Running ads on a leaky funnel is like filling a bucket with a hole in it.

Test, then scale

Then the ads start. We test different messages and ads, build on the winners, and scale once the cost per lead hits the target.

When to expect results

Every business is different. Here's the usual pattern.

Your funnel is healthy

Month one is for learning, testing and refining. By month three, you should see results.

It needs a rebuild

The ads start once the foundation is fixed, so results take a little longer. Worth it: no money leaks along the way.

Reporting

Always know what each lead costs.

A live dashboard, updated daily, showing what each lead costs and how many came in.
Weekly calls at the start. Less often once we know each other's rhythm.
A monthly check-in, at the very least.
